Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The inspection is free and there is no obligation to go ahead with anything.
Is this footage real?
Yes. It comes from video filmed inside a real home loft. It has not been staged or created by a computer.
How long does it take?
Most inspections are quick. We will confirm the timing when we arrange your visit.
Is there any grant or government funding?
No. Warm Nest is a private-pay company and not a grant provider, so any recommended work is privately paid. We would rather be upfront about that before you book.
Do I need to own the property?
Yes, we ask because the inspection and any work need the homeowner's agreement. If you rent, please speak to your landlord first.
What if my loft is fine?
Then we will say so, and that is the end of it. You will still get to see the footage.
Do I need to be in?
We would like you to be at home so we can talk you through what we find. We will arrange a time that suits you.
